Hay Castle

A centre for arts, literature and learning in the historic Welsh town of Hay-on-Wye

At Hay Castle we designed and delivered a mixed media interpretation scheme that includes, amongst other things, an animated film projected onto the walls within the challenging spaces of the underground vaults of the castle, a large interpretive table inspired by pop-up books featuring digital interactions and elements of aural history, short stories by famous local authors and site-wide orientation and signage.
